Delivery & Returns

At Megatekk, we are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience, including fast and reliable delivery options and a straightforward returns process.

All products and services are subject to availability. If an item or service cannot be fulfilled, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery Options

Free Delivery in Less Than 24 Hours

Enjoy free delivery on thousands of products in less than 24 hours. Our advanced logistics system ensures that your new gadgets reach you quickly and efficiently.

  Enjoy free delivery in Malta on orders over €50; a €5 fee applies to orders under €50. For Gozo, a €10 delivery fee applies on all orders. Deliveries are next day with a 15:00 hrs cut-off; orders placed after 15:00 hrs are delivered the following day. Excludes Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping Options Overview

We understand the importance of timely deliveries. That’s why we offer various shipping options to get your orders to you as swiftly as possible. Our commitment to fast delivery extends across all of Malta, ensuring you can enjoy your new gadgets without delay.

Once you place an order, our logistics team immediately begins processing and shipping. You’ll receive updates at every step, from order confirmation to delivery at your doorstep. Our customer service team is always available to assist with any questions or concerns.

Small Items (Same Day Delivery)

Items classified as small include almost everything except appliances and TVs over 43″.

Large Items (Next Day Delivery)

For larger items such as major appliances and TVs over 60″, we offer next-day delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Certain items, including intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases, are exempt from being returned.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds:

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records.
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 30 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company and bank, as processing times can vary. If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at [email protected] and send your item to: 93, Guze Ellul Mercer Street, Qormi, QRM2680, Malta.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will go to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to: 93, Guze Ellul Mercer Street, Qormi, QRM2680, Malta. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
