3. Products and Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise specified.
  • We strive to ensure all product information, pricing, and availability is accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies.
  • Product images are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual product.

4. Orders and Payment

  • Orders can be placed via our website 24/7. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Payment must be completed before your order is processed. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Delivery and Shipping

  • We offer same-day delivery across Malta for eligible orders placed before 3:00 PM.
  • Delivery schedules may vary on weekends and public holidays.
  • Small items include most products, excluding large appliances and televisions.
  • Orders containing only small items and placed before 3:00 PM are typically delivered the same day across Malta.
  • For Gozo, a €10 delivery fee applies to all orders. Note - The Gozo Deliveries are done on Tuesday and Fridays.
  • Orders with a total value under €50 may be subject to a delivery charge.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details at checkout.
  • We are not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
  • If delivery fails due to reasons outside our control (such as incorrect address, customer unavailability, or access issues), a redelivery fee may apply.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Some products (e.g., headphones, software, sealed items) may not be eligible for return once opened for hygiene or licensing reasons.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item.
  • We accept returns only for unopened items in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
  • Once a product has been opened, used, or tampered with, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

7. Warranty and Defects

  • Most products come with a 2-year warranty unless otherwise stated.
  • Warranty claims must be supported by a purchase receipt.
  • The warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
  • In case of a manufacturing defect, we may repair, replace, or refund the item as per our assessment.
  • For handheld items, including controllers and retro consoles, the warranty shall be void where inspection shows that the reported fault was caused by the customer, including through misuse, impact damage, drops, liquid ingress, tampering, excessive wear caused by abnormal use, or unauthorised opening, repair, or modification. This provision does not exclude or limit any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable Maltese or EU consumer protection law.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • MegaTekk shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use any product purchased.
  • Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website (including logos, images, texts, and designs) is the property of MegaTekk or its licensors.
  • You may not copy, distribute, or exploit any content without our written consent.

10. GDPR and Data Protection

  • We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Maltese data protection laws.
  • We only collect personal information necessary for processing your order and improving your experience.
  • Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties, except as required for order fulfillment or legal obligations.

11. Promotions and Discounts

  • Promotions are valid for a limited time and while stocks last.
  • Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malta.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
